Jurgen explores the sensual interplay between body and texture through a curated selection of found images from vintage erotica. Cropped and recontextualized, the photographs focus on the presence of fur — both literal and suggestive — revealing layered themes of desire, tactility, and concealment.

Presented in a linen hardcover with glossy pages, FURS is part of Maelfeyt’s ongoing visual investigation into erotic imagery, following titles like LIPS and WET. It continues his distinct method of using appropriated photographs to question how intimacy and sensuality are framed, stylised, and consumed.
