At the Above is looking to find out too. Zen Theory + Sensory Experience + The Aesthetic World = IDLE. IN RESIDENCY + INSTALLATION = ATA PRESENTS. Such equations may be diametrically opposite (forgive us Idle) but we are simply trying to explain reality, nothing, that there is no reality.
IDLE fragrances reject traditional perfumery’s structures, conventions, trends, and economic compromises. Instead, we craft abstract scent compositions designed to inspire personal and open-ended experiences. Just as an abstract painting invites unrealized potentials, their fragrances ask nothing of their wearer except to engage and explore. They are uncompromising in their intent, offering a new way to connect with and experience the world.

Naming serves to distinguish one thing from another, creating distinctions that are fluid and impermanent. Non-duality reveals a deeper truth: nothing is truly separate, and nothing is permanent. Phenomena arise and fade within our perception, yet nothing in the universe truly comes or goes—it only changes form.
Structure: A weightless linear and illuminative scent, at once empty and full, where no single note can easily be extracted from the whole.
Ingredients: Alcohol denat., parfum (fragrance), water (aqua), benzyl alcohol, benzyl benzoate, benzyl salicylate, beta caryophyllene, citronellol, hexyl cinnamal, hydroxycitronellal, limonene, linalool, pinene, terpinolene.
